Tithe, Time & Talent

From the beginning of times and from biblical records people have given to causes for several reasons. Though in many cases people have pledged to offer something if prayers are answered. Some have given  as a response to prayers answered or expectations fulfilled. People have also given in faith trusting God for fulfillment of whatever that is needed or prayed for. Others have also given in love for the pursuance of a cause. Generally, in serving or giving we prepare ourselves, to the unlimited potentials that lie in serving and giving to God or causes to help humanity.

In All, We Must Bear in Mind That;

 Every good gift comes from God, with these gifts we can uplift God’s name. We are stewards of God and caretakers of the bounties of God. Whatever we have belongs to God.

 It is our bounden duty to serve God and our neighbors with the many gifts with which God has blessed us.

 It is more blessed to give than to receive Acts 20:35b

 Generous giving is a command for the glory of God and good of God’s people give to his house Mal 3:10.
